존경하는 여러분.
본교는 36년 이라는 뿌리 깊은 역사와 전통을 자랑 하고 있으며 미 동북부 동화 구연 대회를 통해 한인 2세들의 모국어 교육과 정체성 확립에 앞장 서 오고 있습니다. 가을학기를 맞이하는 실록의 계절이 다른 해보다 유난히도 설례임이 있습니다. 그것은 금번 가을 학기부터는 학교를 공립학교(PS 811) 건물로 이전하게 되어 우수한 교사진과 더불어 보다 안전하고 다양해진 최상의 학습 환경을 갖추게 되었기 때문입니다. 이에 본교는 명실공히 뉴욕 최고의 한국학교 라는 자부심을 가지며 일신우일신의 모습으로 최선을 다 하겠습니다.

Dear Students and Parents,
I am proud of our long history of 36 years as a Korean language school. Long Island Korean School has been standing in the fore-front of many schools in North England of United States. I am happy to announce some new changes for the fall semester and the future. Our school is moving to new location to a New York City Public School building (Bayside High School) in Queens, NY and will have access to their facilities to ensure better safety and new learning environment. And we will have some new teachers and dedicated teaching staff making our school to become an outstanding school in the North East of America. As your superintendent of this proud school, I am looking forward to the new semester and beyond.
